Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and <br />Clerk of the Council to execute an agreement with National Heritage <br />Foundation FBO Academy of International Dance for dance instruction in <br />an annual amount not to exceed $15,000. <br /> <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and <br />Clerk of the Council to execute an amendment to the agreement with <br />Martin Torres for Karate Do Kai instruction, increasing the $10,000 <br />agreement by $5,000 for FY 2004-05 and extending it an additional one- <br />year in the amount of $15,000, for a total amendment amount of $20,000. <br /> <br />3. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and <br />Clerk of the Council to execute an amendment to the agreement with <br />Mattie White for Tiny Tots instruction, increasing the $13,050 agreement <br />by $2,000 for FY 2004-05 and extending it an additional one-year in the <br />amount of $15,050, for a total amendment amount of $17,050. <br /> <br />4. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and <br />Clerk of the Council to execute an amendment to the agreement with Choc <br />Le for Tae Kwon Do instruction, increasing the $22,300 agreement by <br />$1,700 for FY 2004-05 and extending it an additional one-year in the <br />amount of $24,000, for a total amendment amount of $25,700. <br /> <br />5. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager and <br />Clerk of the Council to execute an amendment to the agreement with <br />Alfredo Alvarado for gymnastics instruction, increasing the $10,000 <br />agreement by $2,000 for FY 2004-05 and extending the agreement an <br />addi tional one-year l.n the amount of $12,000, for a total amendment <br />amount of $14,000. <br /> <br />25L-1 <br /> <br />
