APPROVAL OF 1984-85 COMMUNITY DEVELOPM~qT BLOCK GRANT BUDGET <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing on the 1984-85 Co~nunity <br />Development Block Grant budget. <br /> <br />The Director of Community Development presented the <br />staff report and reconm~endations. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written co~nunica- <br />tions had been received which had not already been <br />distributed to Council. <br /> <br />The following speakers spoke with regard to the proposed Com- <br />munity Development Block Grant budget: <br /> <br />Margaret Lindsey, 10081 Beverly Dr. <br />Ed Muehl, 24062 Hout, representing Orange County <br /> Fair Housing Council <br />Joanne Lechner, 2337 N.
