Cubbon St., addressed Council ccmplaining <br />about overcrowding and general substandard conditions in her neighbor- <br />hood, nanely, crime and overcrowding. <br /> <br />Nate Rios, 1616 W. Brook St., addressed Council complaining about a <br />lack of code enforc~nent relative to the ice cream truck ordinance. <br /> <br />Robert Mendez, 1670 W. Cubbon St., addressed Council inquiring as to <br />which ice cream trucks had been licensed to sell in the City, and com- <br />plaining about push-cart vendors selling in residential areas. <br /> <br />Naoma Capps, 1401 W.
