<br />RESOLUTION 2005-052 <br /> <br />REVENUE <br />ACCOUNT <br /> <br />SECTION X <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />5911 <br /> <br />591 ] <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2005-052 <br />Page 50 of 60 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENTIMISCELLANEOUS FEE OR SERVICE <br /> <br />UNIT <br /> <br />PLANNING & BUILDING AGENCY <br />SPECIFIC CODE FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />BUILDING CODE <br /> <br />Any person desiring a permit required by the Building Code <br />shall, at the time of filing an application fee of$4.00 <br />towards the State Mandated Training Program and pay a fee <br />equal to $28.50 plus the sum of the fees for the work to be <br />done under the permit as set forth in the following schedule. <br />There is no minimum fee for the issuance of a permit for <br />single family residences and duplexes, <br /> <br />Each Permit <br /> <br />The determination of total valuation shall be made by the <br />Building Official. The value to be used shall be the total <br />value of all construction work for which the permit is issued <br />using the building valuation data based upon in the most <br />recent edition of Building Standards published by the <br />International Conference of Building Official. The value of <br />work performed as a remodel and other valuations not <br />published by the International Conference of Building <br />Officials shall be determined by the Building Official. <br /> <br />PARKING LOT RESURFACING AND/OR REPAINTING <br /> <br />Existing parking lot resurfacing and/or repainting, fee shall <br />be based on the value of the work performed. <br /> <br />UNDERGROUND T ANK REMOVAL <br /> <br />Underground tank removal and backfill fee shall be based <br />upon valuation. <br /> <br />EXCAVATION FOR SOIL CONTAMINATION <br /> <br />Excavation and backfill related to soil contamination fee shall <br />be based upon valuation, <br /> <br />BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE <br />(FEES BASED UPON V ALUA TION OF WORK) <br /> <br />TOTAL VALUATION <br /> <br />FEE <br /> <br />$1.00 TO $500,00 <br /> <br />$21.00 <br /> <br />$501,00 TO $2000.00 <br /> <br />$21.00 for the first $500.00 plus $3.25 <br />for each additional $100.00 or fraction <br />thereof, to and including $2,000.00 <br /> <br />$2,001,00 TO $25,000,00 <br /> <br />$69.75 for the first $2,000.00 plus $]0.50 <br />for each additional $1,000.00 or fraction <br />thereof, to and including $25,000.00 <br /> <br />$25,001.00 TO $50,000.00 <br /> <br />$3] 1.25 for the first $25,000.00 plus $7,55 <br />for each additional $],000,00 or fraction <br />thereof, to and including $50,000.00 <br /> <br />$50,001.00 TO $100,000.00 <br /> <br />$500.00 for the first $50,000.00 plus <br />$5.40 for each additional $1,000,00 <br />or fraction thereof, to and including <br />SI00,000.00 <br /> <br />45 <br /> <br />FY 05-06 <br />FEES <br /> <br />32.50 <br />
