1.6 PROJECT RECORD DOCUMENTS <br />A. Submit under provisions of Section 01300 and 01700. <br />B. Accurately record actual routing of all underground conduits. <br />1.7 REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Conform to requirements of ANSI/NFPA 70. <br />B. Furnish products listed and classified by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. As suitable <br />for purpose specified and shown. <br />1.8 PROJECT CONDITIONS <br />A. Verify that field measurements are as shown on drawings. <br />B. Verify routing and termination locations of conduit prior to rough -in. <br />C. Conduit routing is shown on Drawings in approximate locations unless dimensioned. <br />Route as required to best suit field conditions. <br />PART 2 — PRODUCTS <br />2.1 CONDUIT REQUIREMENTS <br />A. Minimum Size: 3/4 inch unless otherwise specified. <br />B. Underground Installations: Use nonmetallic conduit. Risers shall be PVC coated <br />galvanized steel conduit. <br />1. Minimum Size: 1 inch. <br />C. The conduit type used shall be in conformance with Part 3 herein and the area <br />designation as defined in Section 16010. <br />2.2 METAL CONDUIT <br />A. Rigid Galvanized Steel Conduit (RGS): ANSI C80.1. <br />B. Fittings and Conduit Bodies: ANSI/NEMA FB 1; Crouse Hinds or approved equal. <br />All bodies shall be cast feralloy and of full body design. Elbows and pulling ell's are <br />not to be used. <br />C.
