E. Pan Tilt Zoom Cameras: Pan Tilt Zoom (PTZ) Camera shall be an industrial grade <br />color video camera with a rugged weatherproof enclosure. The camera shall have a <br />25x motor driven optical zoom and a 4x digital multiplier providing 100x total zoom. <br />The pan, tilt and zoom functions shall be able to be controlled using the click -to -point <br />and preset view features in the IV&C Relay Server. The pan and tilt mechanism shall <br />employ a fast, high precision, magnetic drive system, without relying on the gears and <br />belts that are used in conventional pan tilt units. The camera shall include an image <br />stabilization feature to reduce the effects of wind and vibration, particularly at high <br />zoom levels. Camera shall be supplied for low light capability, with automatic <br />switching to black and white in low light conditions. Camera shall be supplied with <br />mounting arm.
