The maintenance includes mowing, <br />trimming, and cleaning of the City's landscaped medians, 38 miles of <br />arterial sidewal ks, six water reservoir facilities, neighborhood <br />monuments and several City-owned parking structures and lots. <br /> <br />On July 2, 2001, the City Council awarded a contract to Midori Gardens, <br />a Santa Ana vendor, for a three-year period, with provision for two one- <br />year renewals. The vendor has performed satisfactorily during the past <br />contract period and has agreed to renew the contract without an increase <br />in pricing.
