Contract <br />serVlces will include the repair of all potholes a minimum of six <br />inches wide and one inch deep, and the repair of damaged pavement areas <br />not exceeding 25 sq. ft. in diameter and two inches in depth with an <br />asphal t overlay. In addition, the contract will provide for sidewalk <br />maintenance, which includes sidewalk ramping and sidewalk offset <br />grinding, which are used to reduce risks to pedestrian traffic. <br /> <br />On May 2, 2004, the City Council awarded a contract to Hardy & Harper, <br />Inc., a Santa Ana vendor, for a one-year period, with provision for one <br />one-year renewal. The vendor has performed satisfactorily during the <br />past contract period and has agreed to renew the contract without an <br />increase in pricing.
