On June 20, 2005 the City Council of the City of Santa Ana held a duly <br />noticed public hearing and at that time considered all testimony, written and <br />oral. <br /> <br />D. Due to the size of the project and the impacts to the environment, an <br />Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was prepared for this project. <br /> <br />E. On June 28, 2004, a Notice of Preparation was prepared, submitted to <br />interested persons, responsible and trustee agencies, and filed with the <br />County Recorder regarding this proposed project, which was at that time <br />described as the demolition of 47,000 square feet existing land uses and <br />associated parking facilities and the relinquishing of the approved <br />entitlements for a 192-room planned hotel to allow for the development of <br />two 23-story residential towers at 10 East Hutton Centre Drive, one 23-story <br />residential tower at 9 East Hutton Centre Drive, two 5-story residential <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2005-063 <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />
