<br />MacArthur Place South Findings and Facts in Support of Findings <br />Environmental Impact Report <br /> <br />enclosure shall be at least 20-feet. With the exception of points of access to the enclosure <br />area, there shall be no openings or gaps in the enclosure, and all points of access are to <br />remain closed during pile driving activities. No pile driving activity shall occur before <br />8:00 a.m. on Saturdays. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />N-9 <br /> <br />N-IO <br /> <br />N-ll <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of grading or demolition permits, the project developer shall submit a <br />construction equipment staging plan to the City of Santa Ana for approval. <br /> <br />Prior to the start of construction activity, the project developer shall post the name and <br />telephone number of the construction relations officer on-site. <br /> <br />Prior to any site preparation, grading or construction, the project contractor shall provide <br />to residences in the Sandpointe neighborhood, the Main Attraction Condominiums and <br />the Pinnacle Apartments a project schedule indicating the type of construction activity <br />and duration, construction staging areas and the name and telephone number of the <br />construction relations officer. <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of occupancy permits, the project developer, at the project developers <br />sole expense, shall conduct a noise monitoring analysis to ensure that residential units <br />achieve an interior noise level of 45 dB CNEL. The analysis shall be conducted by a <br />qualified acoustical consultant and shall be submitted to the City's Building and Planning <br />Agency for review. <br /> <br />. Level of Significance of Impacts Related to Noise Impacts <br /> <br />N-12 <br /> <br />The adverse impacts of the MacArthur Place South project related to noise impacts would be <br />mitigated to below a level of significance based on implementation of mitigation measures N-I, <br />N-2, N-3, N-4, N-5, N-6, N-7, N-8, N-9, N-9, N-lO, N-II and N-12. <br /> <br />4.2.5 Impacts Related to Public Services <br /> <br />Potentiallv Significant Adverse Impacts Related to Public Services <br /> <br />As discussed in Section 5.10 of the EIR, implementation of the MacArthur Place South project <br />would increase the demand for police service, fire service, schools, and parks.
