The project <br />and the site will be in compliance with all code regulations <br />and requirements imposed. The proj ect currently meets or <br />exceeds all minimum standards specified in Chapter 41 of the <br />City of Santa Ana zoning ordinance. <br /> <br />E. will the proposed use adversely affect the General Plan or any <br />specific plan of the City? <br /> <br />The proposed use will not adversely impact the General Plan of <br />the City, as this office/industrial use is consistent with the <br />industrial land use designation.
