<br />Conditions for Approval for Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-18 <br /> <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-18 is approved subject to compliance, to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the City Council, with all applicable sections of the Santa <br />Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, <br />the Uniform Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br /> <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed below prior <br />to exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and <br />every condition may result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />A. Plannina Division <br /> <br />1 . All proposed site improvements must conform to the Site Plan <br />Review approval of DP No. 04-95. <br /> <br />2. The total office square footage of all buildings located on Assessor <br />Parcel Number 415-012-21 and 415-012-22 shall not exceed 18,200 <br />square feet of office area. <br /> <br />3. A total of 76 parking spaces are provided for the office and <br />warehouse uses on site. The parking provided for the project is <br />based on the floor plan configuration approved for the development <br />project (DP No. 04-95). Any proposed floor plan modification <br />including increased office area, which would result in a higher parking <br />demand, would require a review of the conditional use permit. <br /> <br />4. The conditional use permit shall be reviewed at six months, nine <br />months, and one year. <br /> <br />B. Police Department <br /> <br />1. Submitted plans must indicate that all structures and parking lots <br />comply with the provisions of Chapter 8, Article II, Division 3 of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code (Building Security Ordinance). All <br />exterior doors must have exterior light fixtures providing a minimum <br />maintained one-foot candle of light. <br /> <br />Exhibit A <br />310-15 <br />
