The City is in the fifth year of a five-year <br />agreement wi th OCTA for providing transportation services to Santa Ana <br />seniors to and from our two senior centers and various City events. <br /> <br />For FY 2005-2006, the City of Santa Ana will receive $123,394 to continue <br />the operation of three vehicles used for local senior transportation <br />services. As part of the agreement the City of Santa Ana will provide a 20 <br />percent local match, which may consist of in-kind staff resources or other <br />contractual transportation services. Funds for the match are included in <br />the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency FY 2005-06 budget. <br /> <br />In addition, the City will receive $49,574 from OCTA to support the <br />Vietnamese Community of Orange County's (VNCOC) senior mobility program. <br />The VNCOC will receive $49,574 and provide the 20 percent local match <br />required under the agreement. In turn, VNCOC will provide transportation <br />services for the Vietnamese senior community in Santa Ana. <br /> <br />20A-1 <br />
