THE SWAP MEST (EDDIE WEST FIELD) <br /> <br />The City Manager discussed the contents of his m~morandum <br />dated August 6, 1984, entitled "Swap Meet," and indicated the <br />City's intent to enter into negotiations with the current swap <br />meet operator, Rick Norton, with a report to be returned to <br />Council on September 17, 1984. <br /> <br />No Council action was taken on the matter. <br /> <br />Councilm~mber Bricken reco~Nnended that the downtown business <br />owners conduct a study which would identify custc~er profile of <br />downtown shoppers. <br /> <br />75.
