Uses such as trade schools, office <br />and open space amenities will further strengthen the City's commercial <br />base, and provide support services and products to the surrounding <br />commercial businesses within the Lake Center Specific Development. Based <br />upon the above analysis, staff recommends that the Planning Commission <br />recommend that the City Council approve Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. <br />2005-01, Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-05, Conditional Use Permit No. <br />2005 - 06 and Conditional Use Permit No. 2005 - 07 (Exhibits 10, 11, 12, 13, <br />14 and 15) . <br /> <br />CEQA Compliance <br /> <br />This proj ect was reviewed in accordance with the Guidelines for the <br />California Environmental Quality Act. The recommendation is exempt from <br />further review pursuant to Section 15332. This Class 32 exemption <br />allows in-fill developments on properties of less than five acres that <br />meet applicable General Plan and zoning regulations.
