Adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2005-02. <br /> <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving Amendments to Conditional Use Permit <br />No. 2003-37 as conditioned. <br /> <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use Permit No. 2005-19 as <br />conditioned. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />On June 13, 2005, the Planning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council adopt an ordinance approving Zoning Ordinance Amendment No. 2005- <br />02, adopt a resolution approving Amendments to Conditional Use Permit No. <br />2003-37 as conditioned, and adopt a resolution approving Conditional Use <br />Permit No. 2005-19 as conditioned by a vote of 6: 0 (Leo absent). The <br />actions requested by the applicant were to modify existing conditions of <br />approval and the Specific Development No. 72 (SD-72) zoning district for <br />Original Mike's Restaurant and allow extended hours of operation, special <br />events in the parking lot, a cover charge for certain events, and <br />increase the number of allowable musicians at 100 South Main Street <br />(Exhibi t A). The Planning Commission recommended approval of all <br />recommendations with the exception of the deletion of proposed Police <br />Department Condition No. 24 (CUP 2003-37) that would have prohibited <br />reduced prices for drinks. <br /> <br />75A-1 <br />
