The contracts for color plants and nursery <br />supplies are designed to provide quality products at significant savings <br />based on quantity pricing. <br /> <br />On July 15, 2002, the City Council awarded contracts for miscellaneous <br />color plants and nursery supplies to D and N Plants and Village <br />Nurseries for a two-year period with provision for two one-year <br />renewals. D and N Plants and Village Nurseries continue to maintain <br />the lowest prices available, and have performed satisfactorily during <br />the past contract period.
