Councilm~mber Bricken requested that staff investigate <br />extending the Broadly Overpass soundwall as requested by <br />Manuel Saucedo who resides at 2369 Riverside Drive. He <br />also expressed concern that "Logan" as appended to Logan <br />Business Technology Center might have a negative <br />connotation. Councilmember Bricken complimented staff <br />on its efforts regarding establishing a foreign trade <br />zone in Santa Ana. <br /> <br />Councilm~nber Acosta q~eried the staff regarding Planning <br />Department regulations relative to a temporary banner at St. <br />Joseph's Church.
