MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNS3 REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />September 10, 1984 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m., City Council Chambers, <br />22 Civic Center Plaza, by Mayor R. W. Luxembourger. Councilmembers <br />present were John Acosta, Gordon Bricken, Daniel E. Griset, P. Lee <br />Johnson, Dan Young, and Mayor Luxembourger. Councilmember Patricia A. <br />McGuigan was absent. Also present were City Manager Robert C. Bobb, <br />City Attorney Edward J. Cooper and Clerk of the Council Janice C.
