LLC <br />United Rentals North West Inc. <br /> <br />Santa Ana <br />Anaheim <br />Santa Ana <br /> <br />DISCUSSION <br /> <br />City agencies rent equipment and purchase small batch concrete for <br />special proj ects as well as for a wide variety of routine duties. It <br />is cost-effective for the departments to rent equipment for a one-day <br />project in lieu of purchasing the equipment. Rentals include, but are <br />not limited to: manlifts, generators, chain saws, skid steer loaders, <br />sod cutters, stake bed trucks with lift gates, carpet cleaners, <br />plumbing power snakes, electric rotary hammers, concrete trailers with <br />double axles and electric scissors. Concrete is purchased as batch <br />plant mix in quantities of one-half yard to two yards. The small <br />batches of concrete allow quick and easy use for repair projects where <br />ordering a truck load is cost prohibitive. <br /> <br />22C-1 <br /> <br />38j <br /> <br />
