Various departments require a wide range of materials for <br />repair or improvement proj ects. To help ensure that all necessary <br />materials are available when required, staff recommends awarding a <br />contract to two vendors. <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on June 3 and 6, 2005, and bids <br />were solicited.
