MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />Sept~nber 25, 1984 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m., by Mayor R. W. <br />Luxembourger, in the Standard Concrete Building, 117 West Fourth <br />Street, Santa Ana. Councilmembers present w~re John Acosta, Daniel E. <br />Griset, P. Lee Johnson, Patricia A. McGuigan and Mayor Luxembourger. <br />Also present were City Manager Robert C. Bobb, City Attorney Edward J. <br />Cooper and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy, as well as m~mbers of <br />the City's management staff, the public, and the press. Council- <br />m~nbers Gordon Bricken and Dan Young were absent. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />ACTION BY DOWNTOWN DEVELOPM~ COF~ISSION/CO~UNITY REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY <br /> <br />JT. PUBLIC HEARING/DISPOSITION & DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE A5 <br />SITE WITH URBAN PACIFIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION <br /> <br />At 7:05 p.m., the Mayor opened the public hearing regarding a <br />disposition and develo[~nent agreement with Urban Pacific Develo~ent <br />Corporation. <br /> <br />Project Manager Nelson presented the staff report and recon~nendations. <br /> <br />Kevin Wicke, representing Urban Pacific, and Lee Oates, architect for <br />the project, should a slide presentation, which demonstrated some of <br />the fim's previous develoument projects and Urban Pacific's proposal <br />for the site. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written cor~nunications. <br /> <br />There were no speakers on the matter.
