Election Night Television Program <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council described election night activities planned <br />for the Santa Ana Council Chambers, indicating that in lieu of vote <br />counting, a television program was planned. She mentioned that the <br />program would consist of interviews with candidates and community <br />groups, transmission of local and national election returns, and a <br />graphic presentation of precincts reporting.
