Maximum Develooment Intensity <br /> <br />Consistent with the General Plan, the maximum residential density <br />allowed for the site shall be 90 dwelling units per acre within SD-76. <br />The maximum floor area ratio for other permitted uses shall be 1.0. <br /> <br />2. Minimum Parcel Size <br /> <br />The minimum parcel size shall be 2.5 acres. <br /> <br />3.
