MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />Novenber 20, 1984 <br /> <br />At 5:47 p.m., Mayor R. W. Luxembourger called the Joint Meeting of the <br />City Council, Co~mnunity Redevelopment Agency, and Downtown Develo~nent <br />Co~mission to order in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. <br />Councilmenbers present were John Acosta, Daniel E. Griset, P. Lee Johnson, <br />Patricia A. McGuigan, Dan Young, and Mayor Luxembourger. Also present <br />were City Manager Robert C. Bobb, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper and Clerk <br />of the Council Janice C. Guy. Scott Morgan, representing Supervisor Roger <br />Stanton on the Downtown Develolmnent Cc~nission, was also present. <br />Councilmember Gordon Bricken was absent. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG <br /> <br />INVOCATION - Mayor Luxembourger <br /> <br />COb~43NITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />The Council recessed to the Cormnunity Redevelopment Agency at 5:49 p.m. <br />Action was taken by both the Redevelopment Agency and the Co~mission.
