PRESENTATION OF PROCLAMATIONS TO GORDON BRICKEN <br /> <br />Mayor Luxembourger presented a proclanation to retiring Councilmember <br />Gordon Bricken declaring Novamber 21, 1984 as Gordon Bricken Day. <br /> <br />Kelly Freeman of Supervisor Roger Stanton's office presented <br />Councilmember Gordon Bricken with a proclamation from the Board of <br />Supervisors for his service to Santa Aha. <br /> <br />C. REMARKS BY COUNCILMEMBER BRICKEN <br /> <br />Councilmember Gordon Bricken spoke about his continuous service to <br />Santa Ana beginning with the Planning Coranission in 1964. <br />He introduced his family and thanked them for their help; then, with <br />his fanily, retired from the Chambers. <br /> <br />ADJOURNI~NT SINE DIE <br /> <br />Mayor Luxembourger adjourned the meeting Sine Die. <br /> <br />CHAIR PASSED TO THE CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />OATHS OF OFFICE AND PRESENTATION OF ELECTION CERTIFICATES TO <br /> <br />NE~LY-ELECTED COUNCIL~ERS <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Co~cil presented Certificates of Election and <br />administered the Oath of Office to newly-elected Councilmembers John <br />Acosta, Daniel E.
