The proj ect <br />site extends from Main Street on the west to Lawson Way on the east and <br />from Memory Lane on the south to the city border on the north. The <br />subject site is located within the Specific Development No. 59 (SD-59) <br />zoning district and has a General Plan Land Use designation of District <br />Center (DC), which permits commercial and residential development. <br />Surrounding land uses include the Main place Mall and offices to the <br />west; Santiago Park, offices and a parking structure to the south; a <br />senior residential development and offices to the east; and retail, <br />offices and a parking structure to the north (Exhibits 1 and 2) . <br /> <br />Project Description <br /> <br />Main Street Concourse LLC is proposing to name two private streets that <br />provide access to the proj ect.
