In Fiscal Year 2003/2004 the City received National <br />Corridor Planning and Development Program grant funds in the amount of <br />$971,000. <br /> <br />wi th the implementation of the Bristol Street Widening from Pine to <br />Third Streets, the right of way acquisition phase is in progress. An <br />appropriation adjustment is needed to recognize these funds for use in <br />this project. <br /> <br />The funds will be used for right of way acquisitions necessary for the <br />Bristol Street Widening. The acquisitions are scheduled to be completed <br />in late 2005. <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no environmental <br /> <br />impact associated with this action. <br /> <br />20A-1 <br />
