MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> December 10, 1984 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 1:14 p.m., by Mayor Daniel E. <br />Griset in Room 147, City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. <br />Councilmembers present were Wilson Hart, P. Lee Johnson, Patricia A. <br />McGuigan, Dan Young, and Mayor Griset. Also present were City Manager <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Attorney ~dward J. Cooper, Clerk of the Council <br />Janice C. Guy, m~mbers of the City's management staff and the press. <br />Councilmembers R. W. Luxsmbourger and John Acosta joined the meeting <br />at 1:29 p.m. and 1:36 p.m., respectively. <br /> <br />Councilm~]bers discussed their concerns relative to Consent Calendar <br />itoms, with staff responding to specific questions. <br /> <br />The Executive Director of Cor~nunications and Marketing briefly <br />reviewed practices and procedures to assist the Councilme~bers with <br />effective appearances on Cable TV. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />The Council recessed to Executive Session at 1:37 p.m. and reconvened <br />at 3:04 p.m., in the Council Chambers, with all members present. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG <br /> <br />INVOCATION - Mayor Griset <br /> <br />CONSENT CAL~DAR <br /> <br />Councilme~oer Johnson registered a "no" vote on Itom No. 5E.
