MOTION: Hart SECOND: Luxembourger VOTE: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: Acosta, Griset, Hart, Johnson, Luxembourger, McGuigan, Young None None FILE 410.10 HOUSING AUTHORITY - INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY The Council recessed to the Housing Authority at 3:49 p.m., and subsequently to the Industrial Develol~nent Authority, and reconvened at 3:52 p.m., with all members present. COUNCIL COYg~3NICATIONS Councilmember McGuigan reported that the City had been recognized for outstanding service by the Santa Ana Neighborhood Housing Services organization and presented the Certificate of Recognition given to her at the Awards Ceremony to Mayor Griset. Councilmember Young inquired as to whether the designs produced by the recent charrette campetition would be available to the Urban Innovations Group currently working on a new design for the downtown. The City Manager responded that the design charrette had involved the South Main Street area which was outside of the Urban Innovations Group effort. He also noted that the designs produced by the charrette competition would be published and distributed in January, 1985. Councilmember Young requested staff prepare an inventory of all social service programs administered by the City, indicating their funding source. CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 467 DECEMBER 10, 1984
