MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />Dec~mber 18, 1984 <br /> <br />The Joint Meeting of the City Council and the Co~unity Redevelopment <br />Agency was called to order at 5:46 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 22 Civic <br />Center Plaza, by Mayor Daniel E. Griset. Councilmembers present were <br />John Acosta, wilson B. Hart, P. Lee Johnson, R. W. Lux~mbourger, Patricia <br />A. McGuigan, Dan Young and Mayor Griset. Also present were City Manager <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper and Clerk of the Council <br />Janice C. Guy. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG <br /> <br />Ail members of the City Council and Community Redevelopment Agency were <br />present for roll call. <br /> <br />75.A. JOINT PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREE- <br /> MENT FOR THE A-13 SITE WITH LOWY DEVELOPMENT CORP. <br /> <br />Following action by the Redevelopment Agency, the Mayor opened the joint <br />public hearing of the Co~nunity Redevelopment Agency and the City Council <br />of the City of Santa Aha for the proposed sale of property known as the <br />A-13 site by the C(m, nunity Redevelopment Agency of the City of'Santa Ana <br />to Lowy Development Corporation (the site is bound on the north by Santa <br />Ana Boulevard, on the south by Third Street, on the east by Flower Street, <br />and on the west by the alley, approximately 610 feet west of Flower <br />Street). <br /> <br />Project Manager Susan Moeller showed a slide presentation which <br />demonstrated present conditions on the site, and presented staff's <br />reco~nendations. <br /> <br />Allen Lowy and the architect for the project also showed slides <br />demonstrating the firm's previous construction experience and depicting <br />the proposed development project. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written c~unications. <br /> <br />There were no speakers on the matter.
