Approve the proposed fiscal year 2005-2006 Community Development <br />Block Grant Program. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to submit the approved program to the <br />United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the <br />City's fiscal year 2005-2006 allocation of Community Development <br />Block Grant funds, and execute the grant agreement with the United <br />States Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br />3.
