JOINT PUBLIC HEARING - CO~3NITY REDEVELOP~ENT AGENCY <br /> <br />DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGRE~ENT FOR THE A-13 SITE WITH L(~WY <br />DEVELOPMENT CORP. <br /> <br />The Mayor opened the joint public hearing of the City Council and <br />Cor~nunlty Redevelopment Agency regarding a disposition and <br />development agre~nent with Lowy Development Corporation <br />for the A-13 site located approximately at Santa Ana and Flower <br />Streets. <br /> <br />Project Manager Cindy Nelson presented the staff report and <br />reconmendations. <br /> <br />Allen Lowy presented a slide presentation on the project. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications. <br /> <br />There were no speakers.
