DONATION OF A CUTTING TORCH SYSTEM <br />Motion: Approve the donation of a cutting torch system from Broco Inc., to be <br />used by the Police Department's Special Weapons and Tactics Team <br />29.6. INSURANCE RENEWALS <br />Motion: 1. Approve City's continued membership in the Big Independent <br />Cities Excess Pool (BICEP) for an additional three years <br />beginning July 1, 2005 at an annual premium cost not to exceed <br />$1,765,000 for the first year. <br />2.
