REPORTS <br /> <br /> COUNCIL/CITIZEN INQUIRY SYSTEM <br /> <br /> Consideration of this matter was continued to February 19, 1985 by <br /> the unanimous informal consent of the Council. <br /> <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY <br /> <br />The Council recessed to the Housing Authority at 3:44 p.m. and <br />reconvened at 3:47 p.m., with all members present. <br /> <br />65. COUNCIL AGENDA ITE~9 <br /> <br />Councilm~nber Acosta inquired as to the status of the Police helicop- <br />ter study (CR 84-21), indicating the Manager should contact adjacent <br />cities regarding a possible joint powers agreement and that the study <br />should include cost and types of helicopters. The Mayor indicated the <br />Study should be placed on the agenda for a Council policy decision <br />prior to further staff analysis. <br /> <br />Councilm~nber Young inquired as to the status of the Granada Royale <br />project, indicating he would like to know when the project was <br />scheduled for completion and also requested information regarding <br />construction underway at the intersection of Bush and Fourteenth <br />Streets. <br /> <br />Councilme~oer Johnson inquired as to the reasons for delay of the <br />Irvine Ranch Water District water main project at Segerstrc~ and <br />Bristol; the City Manager indicated he would investigate and report. <br /> <br />Councilmember McGuigan requested a status report on the Graffiti <br />R~oval Pilot Project Request for Proposal; the City Manager <br />indicated he would research the matter. <br /> <br />Councilm~nber Luxembourger inquired as to the status of the Tustin <br />Water Syste~ Acquisition (CR 83-29), and also requested staff pursue <br />monitoring and enforc~ent of handicapped parking as outlined in a <br />program undertaken by the County per letter fra~ Supervisor Bruce <br />Nestande dated January 25, 1985. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES 45 FEBRUARY 4, 1985 <br /> <br /> <br />
