ORAL COM~3NICATIONS <br /> <br />Paul Vandagrifft, 1127 West Fifth, requested an explanation of the <br />City's ordinance relative to display of pornographic magazines and <br />materials on sidewalks. The City Attorney was instructed to explain <br />the ordinance to Mr. Vandagrifft following the meeting. <br /> <br />Councilm~nber Acosta inquired as to whether bids had been let relative <br />to the redesign of the eighth floor.
