The water system is divided into two <br />pressure zones by four pressure-regulating stations. Electromagnetic <br />flow meters can measure the amount of water that is produced and <br />deli vered between the two pressure zones. Once installed, the flow <br />meters will improve the accuracy of water measurement and the operating <br />efficiency of the City's water production system. <br /> <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on April 22-25, 2005, and bids <br />were solicited.
