<br />VARIANCE NOS. 05-13, 05-17 THRU 05-21, <br />05-26 THRU 05-47, 05-49 THRU 05-52 AND <br />05-57 THRU 05-60 <br />AUGUST 22, 2005 <br />PAGE 1 OF 1 <br /> <br />Conditions for Approval <br /> <br />The variance to allow the driveway to exceed the width of the primary <br />garage is approved subject to compliance, to the reasonable satisfaction <br />of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the Santa Ana <br />Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the Uniform Fire Code, <br />the Uniform Building Code and all other applicable regulations. <br /> <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed <br />below prior to exercising the rights conferred by this site plan review. <br /> <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below <br />throughout the life of the site plan review. Failure to comply with each <br />and every condition may result in the revocation of the site plan review <br />approval. <br /> <br />A. Planning Division <br /> <br />1. The width of the primary driveway shall not exceed 20 feet. The <br />primary driveway is defined as that driveway which leads to the <br />original one car garage. <br /> <br />3>s(U~Ti2 <br />
