The shopping center has been recently <br />painted and they have effect.ive1y managed i!<;!;ues of loitering and vagrancy. Theyal$o <br />maintain the property sit.e clean despitt: the high level of vehicle and pedestrian tratlie. <br /> <br />Finally, J am aware that Regency is a national, publicly traded CQmpany.
