MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />February 26, 1985 <br /> <br />At 7:04 p.m., the Mayor called to order the Joint Meeting of the City <br />Council/~owntown Develo~ent Cor~aission and the Cor~ity Redeveloument <br />Agency in the Standard Concrete Building, 117 West Fourth Street. <br />Councilm~mbers present were P. Lee Johnson, R. W. Luxembourger, Patricia <br />A. McGuigan, Dan Young and Mayor Griset. Also present were City Manager <br />Robert C. Bobb, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper and Clerk of the Council <br />Janice C. Guy. Councilmembers Wilson B.
