Midwood, addressed Council, c~m,enting <br />positively on the City's paramedic services and expressing his <br />satisfaction as a member of the City's paramedics. <br /> <br />William McKay, 1908 Greenleaf, addressed Council presenting a petition <br />requesting that Greenleaf be walled off north of the commercial area <br />at 17th and Greenleaf Streets. <br /> <br />Dr. R.
