<br />SECTION 5. <br /> <br />INCORPORATION OF DOCUMENTS AND GRANTEE COMMITMENTS <br /> <br />This Grant Agreement incorporates the following documents: <br /> <br />A. Exhibit A, Agreement Standard Conditions. <br /> <br />B. Exhibit B, Federal Assurances. <br /> <br />C. Exhibit C, General Terms and Conditions. <br /> <br />D. Exhibit D, Fiscal Summary. <br /> <br />E. Board of Corrections Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Grant <br />Administration & Audit Guide is incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />F. Office of Justice Programs (OJP) Financial Guide. <br /> <br />G. Grantee's Application and modification(s) submitted to and approved by the Board are <br />incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Grant Agreement. <br /> <br />Grantee accepts and agrees to comply with all terms, provisions, conditions, and <br />commitments of this Grant Agreement, including all incorporated docu(Tlents. <br /> <br />SECTION 6. <br /> <br />GRANT AMOUNT AND LIMITATION <br /> <br />In no event shall the Board be obligated to pay any amount in excess of the grant award. <br />Grantee waives any and all claims against the Board, the State of California, and the federal <br />government on account of project costs which may exceed the sum of the grant award. <br /> <br />SECTION 7. <br /> <br />PROJECT INCOME <br /> <br />Project Income Generated by the Use of Federal Funds <br /> <br />Project income is defined as all income received by the Grantee generated as a direct result <br />of a grant supported activity. The portion of project income must be accounted for up to the <br />same ratio of federal fund participation as funded in the project. For example, if the project is <br />funded with 25 percent of federal funds, that percentage is the amount of project income that <br />the Grantee must account for. <br /> <br />Types of income that relate directly to a grant and generate project income includes, but is <br />not limited to, the following: <br /> <br />. Asset seizures and forfeitures; <br /> <br />. Client fees; <br /> <br />Grantee: City of Santa Ana <br /> <br />30tS <br /> <br />Grant Agreement BOC #333-04 <br />
