<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />Contractor shall procure and maintain for the duration of the contract insurance against claims for injuries to <br />persons or damages to Property, which may arise from or in connection with the performance of the work by the <br />Contractor, his agents, representatives, employees or subcontractors. <br /> <br />1. Minimum Scooe of Insurance <br /> <br />Coverage shall be at least as broad as: <br /> <br />IZI Insurance Services Office Commercial General Liabi Iity coverage (occurrence form CG 000 I ). <br />IZI Insurance Services Office form No. CA 000] (Ed. ]/87) covering Auto. Liability, code I (any auto). <br />IZI Worker's Compensation insurance as required by the State of CA. & Employer's Liability Insurance. <br />D Course of Construction insurance form providing coverage for "all risks" of loss. <br />D Property insurance against all risks ofloss to any tenant improvements or betterment. <br />D Contractor's Pollution Liability <br /> <br />2. Minimum Limits of Insurance <br /> <br />Contractor shall maintain limits no less than: <br /> <br />IZI General Liability: $2,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and Property damage. <br />IZI If Commercial General Liability Insurance or other form with a general aggregate limit is used, either <br />the general aggregate limit shall apply separately to this project/location or the general aggregate limit <br />shall be twice the required occurrence limit. <br />IZI Automobile Liability: $] ,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and Property damage. <br />IZI Employer's Liability: $],000,000 per accident for bodily injury or disease. <br />D Course of Construction: Completed value of the project. <br />D Property Insurance: Full replacement cost with no coinsurance penalty provision. <br />D Contractor's Pollution Liability: $],000,000 per occurrence/$2,000,000 annual aggregate <br /> <br />3. Certificate Holder/Additional Insured <br /> <br />Certificate holder and/or insured will be the following: <br /> <br />Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) <br />Additionally Insured will be the following: <br /> <br />Los Angeles County Metropolitan Trans. (MT A) <br />Orange County Transportation Authority (OCT A) <br />Riverside County Transportation Commission (ReTe) <br />San Bernardino Associated Government (SAN BAG) <br />Ventura County Transportation Commission (VCTC) <br /> <br />Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp. (BNSF) <br />Union Pacific Railroad Company (UPRR) <br />National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak) <br /> <br />4.
