<br />-1 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCRRA shall install two additional CPUC Standard No. 8 railroad crossing warning signals, <br />upgrade the railroad system equipment and cabinet and provide the necessary traffic control for <br />their SCRRA work in connection with the McFadden Railroad Crossing Project. <br /> <br />The City or its Contractor shall install a raised median for approximately 200' to the east and <br />west of the railroad tracks, install sidewalk pedestrian warning channelization in advance of the <br />railroad tracks, modify existing roadway channelization to accommodate the new median if <br />necessary, and provide the required traffic control for their City work in connection with the <br />McFadden Railroad Crossing Project. <br /> <br />SCRRA shall, at no cost to City, provide all necessary easements/rights-of-entry required for the <br />City to complete its work. The City will provide the design plans for the raised medians, <br />pedestrian sidewalk warning channelization and roadway channelization. <br /> <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />08/12/05 <br />
