<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Consultant shall Baseball Camp classes for youth ages 8-14, as follows: <br /> <br />. The one-week camp will be taught from 8:30 - II :30 am daily. Skills covered will <br />include hitting, throwing and fielding, using individual and team drills. <br />. Students will supply their own glove, cleats and bat, if they have one. <br />. The camp will be held at Memorial Recreation Center from July 25 to July 29. <br />. Consultant shall, with the approval of City, determine which holidays will be observed. <br />. Each class shall have a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 30, registered and paid <br />participants. <br />. If the minimum registration has not been reached by the first class, the class may be <br />cancelled by mutual agreement of Consultant and City, with no compensation owed <br />Consultant for any cancelled class session. <br /> <br />FEES <br /> <br />. Each participant shall pay a registration fee of $75.00. <br />. No refunds will be made to participants after the first day unless the camp is cancelled by <br />the Parks, Recreation and Community Services Agency. <br />. City shall collect registration fees from each participant. Consultant shall refer interested <br />participants to City for registration. <br />. Consultant shall receive seventy percent (70%) of total fees collected for the camp within <br />fifteen (15) working days after completion of the camp session. City shall retain thirty <br />percent (30%) of the fees collected. <br />· Consultant agrees that City shall be entitled to audit Consultant's records and classes to <br />ensure compliance with this Agreement and that all participants are registered. <br />. Consultant may not waive camp participation/registration fees. <br />· City shall prepare camp rosters and provide a copy to Consultant. Only registered <br />participants, listed on roster, may participate in camp. <br /> <br />7 <br />
