<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Consultant will perform the following services: <br /> <br />1. provide network maintenance and support; <br />2. train and provide ongoing support to microcomputer users; <br />3. perform various projects containing networking and applications of software <br />related tasks; <br />4. undertake various application software development projects; and <br />5. provide maintenance and support for various database applications. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />Consultant shall be compensated $48.00 per hour, plus reimbursable items such as <br />parking. Total compensation to be paid to Consultant shall not exceed $10,000 during <br />the term of this Agreement. <br /> <br />8 <br />
