MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />April 11, 1985 <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 12:30 p.m. in Roc~ 831, City Hall, <br />20 Civic Center Plaza, by Mayor Daniel E. Griset. Councilm~nbers present <br />were John Acosta, Wilson B. Hart, P. Lee Johnson, R. W. Luxembourger, <br />Patricia A. McGuigan, Dan Young and Mayor Griset. Also present were City <br />Manager Robert C. Bobb, City Attorney ~k]ward J. Cooper, Assistant Clerk of <br />the Council William D. Baron, and m~rs of the press and City's <br />Managament staff. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION - ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The City Attorney requested that the Council recess to Executive Session <br />pursuant to Goverr~ent Code Sections 54946.9 (B) (1) - (significant <br />exposure) and 54956.9(C) - (decision to initiate litigation). <br /> <br />The Council recessed to Executive Session at 12:31 p.m. At 1:42 p.m., <br />Councilm~foers Acosta and Young left Executive Session. <br /> <br />No action was taken out of Executive Session. <br /> <br />At 2:07 p.m., the Council reconvened and ir~nediately adjourned. <br /> <br />Willian D.
