SIGNATURE & HOLD HARMLESS I (the undersigned), hereinafter "Producer," in consideration in being provided space at the Santa Ana Certified Farmers' Market, agree with the following terms and conditions: Producer acknowledges receipt of and agrees to abide by the SACFM Rules pursuant to the interpretation of the Market Management as well as any related laws and regulations established by the city, county, state and federal government. Producer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the SACFM, the City of Santa Ana, its City Council, boards and commissions, officers, agents, employees and volunteers from and against any and all loss, damages, liability, claims, suits, costs and expenses, whatsoever, including reasonable attorneys' fees regardless of the merit or outcome of any such claim or suit, arising from or in any manner connected to the willful misconduct of negligent acts, errors or omissions of Producer, its agents and employees, in connection with Producer's participation in the SACFM, and in the performance of services, work or activities under this agreement and the SACFM rules. Producers are responsible for keeping al/ their documents current and valid. They re also responsible for keeping current address and phone numbers on file.
