RECONSIDERATION OF ITEM NO. 12A - OTIS BUILDING <br /> <br />MOTION: <br /> <br />Reconsider award of agreement for lease of office space <br />at 408 No. Main St. and 103 W. Fourth St. with Otis <br />Building. <br /> <br />MOTION: McGuigan SECOND: <br /> <br />Thcmas Linden, 5120 Birch St., addressed Council expressing his <br />concern that the subject lease agreement had not been <br />ccmpetitively bid and that preference had not been given to <br />rehabbed buildings as indicated in the proposal. <br /> <br />The City Manager indicated the project had been ccmpetitively bid, <br />but that Mr. Linden was correct on the second point with respect to <br />rehabbing; however, he indicated the Otis Building allowed the <br />Public Services Agency to control its entire space. <br /> <br />MOTION died four lack of a second. <br /> <br />95.
