Hunter Family Trust and Fred Orgeron and Brenda <br />Orgeron, Trustees of the Orgeron Family Trust (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Vendor"), whose address is 513 Calle <br />del Rito, San Clemente, CA 92672, and the City of Santa Ana, a charter City and municipal corporation dully organized under <br />the Constitution and laws of the State of California (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Vendee"), whose address is 20 <br />Civic Center Plaza, M-36, Post Office Box 1988, Santa Ana, CA 92702 and COMMONWEALTH LAND TITLE COMPANY, a <br />California Corporation (hereinafter sometimes referred to as "Trustee"). <br /> <br />In accordance with Section 2924b, Civil Code, request is hereby made by the undersigned Vendor and Vendee that <br /> <br />a copy of any Notice of Default and a copy of any Notice of Sale under Deed of Trust recorded , <br />in Book , Page , Official Records Orange County, California, as affecting the property, executed by <br />between Creighton D. Hunter and Betty A. Hunter, Trustees of the Creighton D. Hunter and Betty A. Hunter Family Trust <br />and Fred Orgeron and Brenda Orgeron, Trustees of the Orgeron Family Trust as Trustor in which <br />City of Santa Ana, is named as Beneficiary, COMMONWEALTH LAND TITLE COMPANY, a California Corporation and as <br />Trustee, be mailed to Vendor and Vendee at addresses designated in Paragraph 17 below. <br /> <br />NOTICE: A copy of any notice of default and of any notice of sale will be sent only to the address contained in <br />this recorded request. If your address changes, a new request must be recorded. <br /> <br />The notice of any default described in Section 2924c, Civil Code, shall consist of the following statement: <br /> <br />NOTICE <br />You may have the right to cure the default described herein and reinstate this Installment Land Contract. Section 2924c of the <br />Civil Code permits certain defaults to be cured upon the payment of the amounts required by that Section without requiring <br />payment of that portion of principal and interest which would not be due had no default occurred.
